We’ve been using Empire Laundry for the past five years, and in a way, the best thing about our arrangement is that we don’t notice they’re around. Because they collect and deliver exactly when agreed, and because we’ve not yet had a single issue or complaint, it’s very easy to overlook the great work that they do. If only all our suppliers were as reliable!
