Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver a bespoke 5* Luxury laundry service to the finest hotels, hospitality venues and spas in London. Delivering fluffy towelling and fabulously smooth linen first time, every time. We ensure beds, bathrooms and tables need only be made once. Since 1992 we’ve been busy building long lasting customer relationships. We care about our customers and team and always endeavour to act with commercial integrity with sustainability at the heart of everything we do.

Our Laundry

We care about laundry. From our base in North London, we give our linens a 5* service. We take great care of them. We’re kind on our textiles. Washing in small batches and using lower drying temperatures in the finishing process which gives them a long luxurious life. Each item is hand inspected to our 5* quality standards before being carefully packed by our team. Ready for its next adventure.
